To meet these demands of our clients, PMP has rolled out two new communication tools on our website:
Real-time Website Chat for On-Demand Communication
This feature allows us to start an immediate discussion regarding any aspects of our product and services with our current and potential customers directly from our website. The chat room is available during business hours (9 AM to 5 PM – EST), so visitors to our site can ask questions during their stay (right here).
Video Conferencing for live communication
This feature offers a visual and audio interaction to establish a “live” dialogue where we can see in-hand products when assessing the manufacturability, deep drawn advantages, quality, and dimensioning of existing parts (right now). Request a video conferencing via our real-time website chat, and someone from PMP will email you an invitation at your preferred time and date.
PMP’s technical staff is available in a “live” and “chat” capacity to answer the immediate needs of current and future customers.
